Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from winning new business to placing candidates and developing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Source, screen and interview candidates to match client requirements
Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification to placement
Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activity
Advertise roles, search CV databases, and utilise social media channels
Meet and exceed individual revenue and activity targets
Provide expert advice on market trends and hiring strategiesWhat We're Looking For
Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable, but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
