Scope of Works;
HG Engineer/Pipefitter;
Installation of LTHW System comprising of F&R Run outs to Radiators & UFH Manifolds, installed in a traditional steel screwed system. Needs to be comfortable & experienced carrying out traditional Screwed Style Installation upto DN50 (2”), with possibility of assisting with Plant Room & Energy Centre Installations of prefabricated sections upto DN100 (4”).
Commercial Plumber;
Installation of Domestic H&C Services including 1st & 2nd Fix, installed in Copper Xpress system. Installation of Above Ground Drainage Services including 1st & 2nd Fix, installed in Polypipe Terrain Solvent Weld system. Installation of Sanitary Ware, both Traditional standard contract style San ware & anti ligature Wallgate solution.
Rates :
£26 per hour 1st 40 hours to 4.30pm
£36.66 per hour – overtime after 4.30pm
Incentives; 1 hour Travel paid per day
