Role Overview
The school is seeking a dedicated Secondary Cover Supervisor who combines excellent behaviour management skills with a creative and supportive approach. You will collaborate with a forward-thinking team to deliver an engaging and innovative curriculum. A commitment to maintaining high standards and inspiring a love of learning in all pupils is essential.
Key Requirements
Level 3 or HLTA qualification (desirable, but not essential).
PGCE or PCET qualifications will also be considered.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and its expectations.
Understanding of planning and assessment processes.
