We are hiring a Head of Marketing to build, scale and monetise one of the most ambitious personal brands in UK business.
This is not a traditional marketing role. It is an opportunity to create a high-performance content and revenue engine around a founder-led business turning attention into demand, and demand into measurable revenue at scale.
You will take full ownership of the Joseph Valente personal brand and the Valente Consulting growth engine, working directly with the Founder & CEO.
In this role, you will position Joseph Valente as a leading voice in UK business, delivering consistent, high-impact messaging across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn. You will oversee a high-output content operation, producing daily short-form and weekly long-form content, as well as ongoing podcast and brand series. This involves building repeatable formats, strong hooks, and clear storytelling frameworks.
Beyond content, your focus will be on commercial performance. You will build and optimise funnels, email journeys, and offers, driving demand into Valente Consulting programmes, events, workshops and academies. Working closely with the sales team, you will improve cost per lead, cost per acquisition and overall conversion rates.
You will also take ownership of paid media across Meta, YouTube and TikTok, managing significant budgets and building scalable, ROI-driven campaigns. Alongside this, you will lead and develop the existing marketing team, while building out the wider function with clear structure, accountability and performance standards.
This role is measured on business impact not vanity metrics. Success will be defined by revenue growth, marketing efficiency, campaign performance and audience expansion, as well as engagement with events and programmes.
We are looking for someone who has previously scaled a personal brand or founder-led business and understands how to connect content, paid media and direct-response marketing into a cohesive growth system. You will be commercially driven, highly operational, and comfortable bringing structure to a fast-paced environment where revenue matters as much as brand.
