📍 Billericay, Essex 💷 National Minimum Wage 🕒 Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm 📅 3-Month Temporary Contract with Permanent Opportunity

Are you looking for a hands-on role with the chance to secure a permanent position? We're recruiting Production / Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and friendly manufacturing team in Billericay.

This is a physical role where you'll be involved in the production process, loading blending machines and helping to keep operations running smoothly.

Duties Include:

Loading ingredients into blending machines
Manual handling and lifting of bags up to 25kg
General production and warehouse duties
Packing and preparing products
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following health and safety procedures at all times

The Working Environment:

Busy production facility with around 20 staff on site
Working with spices, herbs, pepper and salt products
Strong food ingredient aromas throughout the factory
PPE provided

What We're Looking For:

Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
Reliable with a positive attitude
Previous production, warehouse or manufacturing experience is advantageous
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
