Education Recruitment Consultant

KM Education Recruitment is a specialist recruitment consultancy who exclusively recruit for the Skills and Employability sectors nationally.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual, who a proven track record of working as a Recruitment Consultant, to join our growing team.

Role: Education Recruitment Consultant

Location: Cannock office based - WS11 7FD

Salary: Competitive Salary + Bonus scheme

Job Type: Full time – Permanent (possibility to accommodate a 4 day week or shorter days)

What you’ll need;

* Experience of working as a commercial Recruitment Consultant, supporting external clients with their recruitment needs.

* Excellent people skills, clear confident telephone manner and ability to listen to your candidates and clients needs.

* The successful candidate will have experience of sourcing candidates through job board searches and applications.

* Experience of managing the full recruitment cycle from initial screening, to cv submission, interview and outcome.

* Attention to detail and initiative to manage their own activity

* This role requires a pro-active individual who can demonstrate the passion, resilience, drive to succeed

The role:

* Source and place high quality Candidates to a variety of job roles within the Skills and Employability sector - permanent, part time and contracted positions, through proactive job board searches, Candidate applications, professional networking and recommendations / referrals

* Achieve recruitment placement targets in line with company expectations and report performance data to line Manager.

* Work closely with Hiring Managers to support with their recruitment requirements.

* Telephone interview suitable Candidates using KM’s screening process and offer consultative advice regarding job search and opportunities.

* Submit suitable Candidates to our Clients, ensuring the utmost checks have been carried out in regards to accuracy and quality – CV and Cover Sheets

* Arrange interviews, take and deliver feedback from all parties, negotiate offers and manage placements – all with accuracy and in a timely fashion.

* Maintain back office recruitment software.

* Manage and prioritise your workload using initiative, enthusiasm and motivation.
