The role:

Lead the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring high standards of care and education
Plan engaging activities that support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
Support, motivate and guide your team to deliver outstanding practice
Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety
Monitor children’s progress and ensure their individual needs are met
What we’re looking for:

A recognised Level 3 Early Years Qualification or above
Experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a leadership role
Strong communication and team leadership skills
A genuine passion for early years education and helping children thrive
