Skilled Careers is recruiting reliable, experienced Banksman for construction site opportunities in Ashford.

Are you switched on, safety-focused and confident working around vehicles and heavy plant We want hardworking Banksman who can keep site operations moving safely and efficiently.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Directing vehicles and plant machinery safely around site.

Assisting drivers with reversing and manoeuvring.

Communicating clearly with drivers and site personnel using authorised signals and agreed procedures.

Monitoring working areas for hazards and reporting concerns to site management.

Helping maintain safe exclusion zones and pedestrian segregation.

Following site traffic management plans and health and safety procedures.

Staying alert and ensuring vehicle movements only proceed when safe.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Previous Banksman, Traffic Marshal or similar site experience.

Relevant Banksman training or certification preferred, subject to site requirements.

CSCS card preferred, but not essential where site requirements permit.

Strong communication skills and excellent awareness of your surroundings.

A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.

Your own reliable transport to and from site.

Full UK driving licence preferred, but not essential.

Right to work in the UK and any required site checks.
