Next Induction Date: 20th OctoberWe are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment in Telford. This role operates on a rotating days and nights shift pattern.
Shift Pattern
Applicants must be able to work both day and night shifts and commit to the full rotating pattern below: 12 hour shifts
Week 1
Monday & Tuesday: Days (7:00am - 7:00pm)
Wednesday & Thursday: Nights (7:00pm - 7:00am)
Week 2
Wednesday & Thursday: Days (7:00am - 7:00pm)
Friday: Days (7:00am - 2:25pm)
Week 3
Sunday, Monday & Tuesday: Nights (7:00pm - 7:00am)The shift pattern then repeats.
Duties Include
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Monitoring production processes
Quality checking finished products
Following health and safety procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Working as part of a busy production team
What We're Looking For
Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
Reliable and committed approach to work
Good attention to detail
Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous but not essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
