Vanta Staffing are looking for a fully experienced Panel Beater to join a growing bodyshop specialist in the Maidenhead area.

The Role
Carry out high-quality vehicle body repairs, including panel replacement, reshaping and structural repairs where qualified.
Repair damaged vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently within allocated timescales.
Use specialist tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
Work collaboratively with paint technicians, vehicle preppers and other workshop colleagues.
Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised workspace.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, with workshop hours of 7:30 am–5:00 pm. Some flexibility on start and finish times, with Saturdays if required.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Panel Beater within a professional automotive bodyshop.
Strong skills in vehicle body repairs, panel replacement and reshaping.
Ability to deliver high-quality repairs while meeting productivity targets.
Knowledge of vehicle repair methods and industry standards.
A reliable, conscientious and professional attitude.
Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
