Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and constructive feedback to development team members
Act as the primary technical liaison with the Blue Yonder vendor for both core product and custom code escalations and support
Lead rapid resolution of major incidents (P1/P2) and conduct post-incident Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to implement preventative fixes
Oversee the integration of Blue Yonder applications with external systems and third-party software
Identify performance bottlenecks and design optimisations to improve overall application performance
Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and design specifications
