Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.00 (1 hour for lunch)
Holiday entitlement: 25 days per year
Salary: Based on experience circa £25,000
A local business are searching for a Sales Administrator / Order Processor to join their team. Within this role you will be responsible for processing customer orders over the phone or email
Responsibilities:
* Process all orders
* Answer any questions or queries regarding products
* Send order confirmation
* Answer the phone and email inbox
* General admin duties
Key Skill Requirements
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexible, adaptable and reliable.
* Able to work in a small team
* Organised and able to work under own initiative
* Proactive, able to work accurately under pressure, with a strong attention to detail
* Competent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
* Proficient in use of email
* Accurate keyboard skills
* Knowledge of basic clerical and administrative procedures and use of office equipment
