Our client is a well-established specialist contractor delivering large-scale installation and fit-out projects across commercial and industrial sites throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee projects from mobilisation through to successful completion.
This role is ideal for someone with strong site leadership experience, excellent health & safety knowledge, and a proven ability to manage site teams while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and customer service.
Location: Ashford, Kent but covering the UK
Salary: £35,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 to 17:00, including a 30-minute lunch break.
Overtime paid before 8:00 and after 17:00h with the potential to earn an additional £3-£5k in overtime.

The Role:
Reporting into the Project Management team, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required specification.
Your key responsibilities would include:
Supervising all on-site activities from start to finish
Leading site teams and subcontractors
Conducting site inductions and daily safety briefings
Ensuring compliance with RAMS and all health & safety requirements
Monitoring working practices and maintaining a strong safety culture
Reviewing drawings and site instructions
Coordinating labour, materials, plant and deliveries
Managing project progress against programme deadlines
Carrying out quality inspections and audits
Managing snagging and project close-out activities
Maintaining site records, diaries, and documentation
Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders on site
Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and site procedures
Escalating issues and implementing corrective actions where required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager or similar position
Strong understanding of construction site operations and health & safety legislation
Experience leading installation or fit-out teams on live project sites
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Confidence managing client relationships and subcontractors
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Full UK driving licence
