Supply Desk is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Romford, starting in September.
This is an exciting full-time opportunity within a vibrant and inclusive school environment. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to teach across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, inspiring pupils of different ages and abilities while creating a positive and engaging learning experience.
We are looking for a teacher who is committed to helping every child reach their full potential and who can contribute positively to the school's collaborative and supportive team. The ability to plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum will be essential in promoting pupil progress, confidence, and achievement.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of pupils across KS1 and KS2.
Monitor, assess, and record pupils' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Maintain effective classroom management and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress, achievement, and areas for development.
Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and after-school clubs.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for all pupils.
Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive behaviour throughout the school day.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Previous experience teaching within a primary school setting.
A genuine passion for education and supporting children's academic and personal development.
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
The ability to adapt teaching methods to meet a range of learning needs and abilities.
A commitment to inclusion, equality, and creating a supportive classroom environment.
A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to promoting pupil welfare.
