How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Senior Property Adviser

    to join its successful property team.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional who enjoys building client relationships, securing new business and delivering outstanding customer service.

    Working within a supportive and professional environment, you will play an important role in driving residential property sales, advising clients and contributing to the continued growth and success of the branch.

    The Role

    As a Senior Property Adviser, you will be responsible for managing client relationships throughout the property sales process, providing expert guidance and identifying opportunities to generate new business.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients.

    Providing professional advice on property valuations, pricing strategies and local market conditions.

    Proactively identifying new business opportunities and generating property instructions.

    Negotiating offers and helping clients achieve successful property transactions.

    Working towards individual and branch sales targets.

    Promoting additional services, including conveyancing, mortgages and other property-related solutions.

    Ensuring accurate client records are maintained using CRM systems.

    Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.

    Maintaining awareness of relevant property legislation, compliance requirements and industry regulations.

    Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, successful and commercially focused team environment.

    About You

    We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and results-driven individual who combines excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for property and customer service.

    The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

    Previous experience within a residential estate agency, property sales or lettings would be highly advantageous.

    Strong sales and negotiation skills, ideally with a proven ability to achieve targets.

    Excellent communication skills and the confidence to deal professionally with clients at all levels.

    A proactive approach to developing new business and maintaining existing client relationships.

    Good knowledge of the residential property market and factors influencing property values.

    Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

    Competence in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

    A professional, resilient and customer-focused approach.

    Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of compliance.

    The ability to work independently whilst contributing to wider team objectives.

    Knowledge of the conveyancing process, mortgage products and relevant property regulations would be beneficial. Previous experience supporting or mentoring junior colleagues would also be welcomed.

    A full, clean UK manual driving licence is essential.
