The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations, working closely with local finance teams, the shared service centre and the wider project team. This is a hands-on assignment where strong accounting expertise will be essential in ensuring accuracy, continuity and efficiency throughout the integration process.
The key roles and responsibilities for this person will include:
• Processing invoices, accounting documents, customer debit and credit notes, and general ledger entries
• Supporting the month-end close process, including accruals, clearing activities and open-item follow-up
• Performing balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining fixed asset records and monitoring capital expenditure, capitalisation and depreciation
• Managing customer deductions, rebate settlements, blocked orders and employee expense transactions
The ideal candidate requirements for this role will include the following:
• Experience in general ledger accounting, reconciliations and month-end closing
• Experience in fixed assets, customer accounting or payroll-related accounting would be advantageous
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems
