We are looking for an Static Site Mechanical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Static Site Mechanical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Static Site Mechanical Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Water assets (booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters)
* Identify and report defects, ensuring all documentation, inspection reports and remedial logs are completed accurately and on time
* Respond to client queries and deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
* Work safely in line with Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work and safe systems of work, including tasks at height
* Build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues, contributing to a collaborative team environment
To be successful for this Static Site Mechanical Engineer role you must have:
* Experience working in maintenance or facilities management environments
* Relevant mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent)
* Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices
* Comfortable using IT systems and mobile devices for reporting and workflows
* Strong communication skills with a proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
