Location: Telford
Salary: £35,115 per annum, rising to £45,000 once key competency levels are achieved
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 12-hour rotating shifts, days and nights including weekends

Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll set, operate and optimise production machinery, ensuring output, quality and safety standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Set and operate production machinery safely and efficiently
Complete machine changeovers and adjustments
Monitor machine performance and resolve minor faults
Ensure products meet required quality specifications
Support continuous improvement activities
Maintain high standards of health, safety and housekeeping

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Machine Setter, Machine Operator or similar
Strong mechanical and practical aptitude
Experience with automated production or manufacturing machinery
Good troubleshooting skills
Excellent attention to detail
Flexibility to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
