Blue Water Recruitment Limited are currently working with a company specialising in resin flooring, polished concrete, flooring repairs, and associated works, who are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in resin flooring and experience managing contracts, projects and site teams from start to finish.

🔹 Key Requirements:
Proven experience within the resin flooring industry.
CSCS Card.
SMSTS qualification.
First Aid qualification.
Strong organisational, communication and management skills.

🔹 Scope of Works:
Resin flooring installations.
Polished concrete.
Flooring repairs and remedial works.

📍 Based in Tamworth, covering the Midlands.
