If you're a Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, improving processes and working with advanced CNC technology, this could be an opportunity worth exploring.
You'll join a high-spec, precision engineering environment where your technical expertise and ideas can make a genuine difference. Working across 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining, you'll have the opportunity to shape manufacturing methods, improve efficiency and support the introduction of new products - all while working alongside experienced Production and Quality teams.
What you'll be doing as Manufacturing Engineer
Programming 3, 4 & 5-axis CNC machines
Developing tooling plans, setup sheets and manufacturing methods
Improving efficiency, quality and cost performance
Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
Driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborating closely with Production and Quality teams
What you'll bring as Manufacturing Engineer
Strong experience in CNC programming and precision machining
CAD/CAM experience - ideally Fusion 360 or similar
Experience within aerospace, defence or high-precision engineering
Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings
A proactive, analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills
