We are looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Receptionist / Showroom Host to provide temporary cover at our premium car showroom on the following dates:
Friday 16th November and Monday 19th November
The hours will be 8.00am – 6.00pm with an unpaid hour for lunch.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and premium showroom experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Greeting every customer with a friendly smile and professional welcome.
* Answering and directing telephone calls.
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception and customer areas.
* Ensuring refreshments and hospitality areas are fully stocked and presented to a high standard.
* Offering drinks and refreshments to customers throughout their visit.
* Monitoring customer facilities and replenishing supplies where required.
* Keeping the enquiry logbook accurate and up to date.
* Providing general administrative support as needed.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has previous reception, hospitality, or customer service experience.
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
* Is well presented, proactive, and highly organised.
* Can work independently while maintaining a premium customer experience.
