How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Are you an experienced Business Analyst ready to play a key role in delivering meaningful, large-scale transformation?

We’re recruiting for a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Glasgow, where you’ll work at the heart of major transformation projects. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, turn complex requirements into clear solutions and help drive improvements.

If you’re a structured, analytical thinker who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and turning ideas into positive change, this could be an exciting next step in your career.

What you will get in your new role

    * Competitive salary between £50,000 and £55,000 per annum.

    * The opportunity to lead significant transformational changes.

    * A supportive environment where your structured approach, proven methodologies, and high-quality outputs are recognised and valued.

    * A collaborative culture empowering you to build key relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities in your new role as a Business Analyst

    * Lead requirements gathering across business and technical teams.

    * Define and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.

    * Map current and future-state processes, user journeys and services.

    * Support business cases, options analysis and transformation decisions.

    * Maintain traceability from business need through to delivery and testing.

    * Produce high-quality outputs including user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases and process maps.

    * Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements.

    * Promote best-practice BA standards, techniques and methodologies

    Your personality, experience and qualifications

We're looking for someone with proven experience delivering high-quality Business Analysis within complex, fast-paced environments. You will bring:

    * Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and presenting clear recommendations.

    * Strong knowledge of BA techniques, including requirements elicitation, process analysis, user stories and use cases.

    * Experience in producing clear, structured analysis outputs, including process maps, mock-ups and service design artefacts.

    * Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.

    * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for digital and process improvement.

    * Excellent communication skill and the ability to translate complex business and technical issues into clear, actionable outcomes.
