How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Lead product marketing activity across retail stores, e-commerce, email and social channels.
Work across emerging and fast-growing channels, including platforms such as TikTok Shop.
Monitor consumer, retail and cultural trends to identify new opportunities.
Use customer insights and sales data to measure campaign performance and continually optimise activity.
Champion the use of AI and new technologies to improve marketing productivity and performance.
Work closely with Buying, E-commerce, Retail and other internal teams to deliver joined-up campaigns.
Ensure all product marketing activity is commercially focused while maintaining a high standard of brand and content quality.

    Essential Experience.

Experience in retail product marketing with a track record of success (Retail and Product Marketing are essential)
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to use sales and customer data to inform decisions.
Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across both physical and digital environments.
A strong understanding of how marketing can influence both in-store performance and online conversion.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and bring teams together.
A creative approach to product storytelling and content.
A genuine interest in consumer behaviour, trends and emerging marketing channels.
A high level of attention to detail and a strong instinct for quality.
