At Complii, we are on the lookout for a Passive Fire Operational Performance Manager to drive operational and financial performance across our Passive Fire businesses, working closely with the Divisional Managing Director and leadership teams throughout the South. This role focuses on strengthening operational control, improving cash generation, increasing revenue conversion, and creating greater accountability for performance across the businesses.

You will play a pivotal role in improving the performance of our Passive Fire businesses, with a focus on revenue, margin, cash, productivity, forecasting, and operational delivery. From day one, you'll work closely with operational, commercial, and finance teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers to performance, and establish the visibility and discipline needed to deliver sustainable improvement.

Here is a look at some of the things you will be doing
Driving operational and financial performance across our Passive Fire businesses in the south, improving revenue conversion, profitability, cash generation, working capital, productivity, and delivery against business objectives
Establishing clear operational KPIs and performance routines, improving forecasting and business visibility while ensuring actions are owned, tracked, and delivered
Identifying and delivering improvement opportunities across scheduling, resource utilisation, quote and remedial conversion, invoicing, aged debt, WIP, margin, and operational systems
Working closely with operational, commercial, and finance teams to strengthen accountability, remove barriers to performance, embed best practice, and support the successful integration of future acquisitions
Can you show experience in some of these areas
Proven operational leadership, business improvement, or performance management experience within Passive Fire, Fire & Security, compliance, engineering, contracting, or technical services
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience improving revenue, profitability, cash generation, working capital, and overall business performance
A strong understanding of operational KPIs, productivity, utilisation, forecasting, and performance management, with the ability to use data to identify issues and drive measurable improvement
