Our client is a growing waste transfer and recycling business based in Doncaster. Thanks to changes in government legislation, demand for their services is booming, creating an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sales Consultant to join the team.
Not just a desk-bound sales role, you'll be out meeting customers, building relationships, identifying opportunities and becoming a trusted advisor to businesses of all sizes.
What you'll be doing as the sales consultant:
Building strong relationships with existing customers
Winning new business through a mixture of telephone and face-to-face sales activity Visiting customer sites to understand their operations and identify the best solutions
Explaining pricing structures in a clear and commercially savvy way
Delivering professional presentations and proposals to decisionmakers
Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues with a positive, solution-focused approach
Acting as the face of the business and maintaining excellent customer relationships
Who we're looking for:
We're not necessarily looking for years of experience as a sales consultant, what we are looking for is someone who:
Has a few years’ success in a customer services and sales environment.
Enjoys talking to people and building relationships.
Is commercially aware and confident negotiating with customers.
Can communicate professionally with people at every level.
Isn't afraid to pick up the phone or walk through a customer's door.
Has a down-to-earth, approachable personality.
Is self-motivated, enthusiastic and eager to succeed.
Holds a full UK driving licence.
