How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Smile Education are recruiting for a full time learning support to work within a primary school in the Worcester area.

    We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly primary school in Worcester on a full-time basis.
    This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to play an important role in creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
    The role
    As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other members of the school team to support pupils in their learning and development.
    Your responsibilities will include:

    Supporting children with their learning, both individually and in small groups.
    Helping pupils to develop confidence, independence and positive attitudes towards learning.
    Supporting the class teacher with activities and classroom organisation.
    Providing encouragement and reassurance to children who may need additional support.
    Helping to create a safe, welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.
    Supporting pupils' social and emotional development.
    Building positive relationships with children, staff and parents/carers.
    Contributing to the wider life of the school.About you
    We are looking for someone who is:

    A daily rate of £100-£115 a day
