Position: Reception (Guildford 7-8-9/10)

Pay rate: £13.33 an hour
Working hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming visitors and providing a professional first point of contact
Managing visitor sign-in procedures and issuing passes
Answering and transferring calls in a professional manner
Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for meetings
Handling incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers
Supporting employees and guests with general enquiries
Maintaining a tidy, professional, and well-presented reception area
Assisting with administrative tasks and office support duties
Managing visitor logs and ensuring security procedures are followed
Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
