We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Temporary Staffing Division. Whether you already work in recruitment or come from a strong sales background, this is an opportunity to develop your career with direct support from experienced leaders within the business.

What are we looking for?
* Previous sales or recruitment experience
* Strong relationship building skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Commercial awareness and ambition
* Self motivated with a positive attitude
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
* Team player with a strong work ethic
Experience within recruitment or temporary staffing would be beneficial, but attitude, drive and a desire to succeed are equally important.
What will you be doing?
* Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
* Generating new business opportunities
* Managing temporary staffing requirements for clients
* Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
* Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
* Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
* Providing outstanding service to clients and candidates
* Maintaining accurate records using recruitment systems and CRM tools
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and company goals
