Duties
* Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly articulating technical features and benefits.
* Collaborate with customers to understand their technical challenges and recommend suitable solutions aligned with their business goals.
* Provide detailed technical support throughout the sales process, including proposal development and solution customization.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients by offering ongoing support, answering inquiries promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Prepare comprehensive reports using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel, documenting customer interactions, sales activities, and technical assessments.
* Coordinate with internal teams including engineering and product development to relay customer feedback and assist in tailoring solutions.
* Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies like AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure cloud platforms, and competitors’ offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
* Proven presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel, for creating reports and managing data effectively.
* Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, or related technical fields.
* Exceptional organizational skills with effective time management to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Prior experience in technical sales or engineering roles is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for technology is essential
