The Role - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to a Year 3 pupil with ADHD, helping them access learning and develop academically, socially and emotionally. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will use appropriate strategies to promote positive behaviour and independence. The ideal candidate will be patient, resilient and adaptable, with a genuine commitment to supporting children with complex needs. Previous SEN experience is essential.
