This Quantity Surveyor role at Forum Contracts is a full-time, on-site position based in Wickford. The role involves managing project costs from pre-contract through final account, including preparing and reviewing bills of quantities, cost plans, and tender documents. The Quantity Surveyor will monitor budgets, track variations, and produce regular cost reports to support commercial decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with project managers and site teams, evaluating subcontractor quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, forecasting cash flow, and contributing to value engineering and risk management activities.
