How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Junior Apparel Account Coordinator
    Location: Hammersmith, West London
    Salary: £27,000 + benefits
    Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
    Working Pattern: Office-based initially, with some home working available after training
    Are you interested in fashion, clothing, apparel or textiles and looking for your first or next step into a professional office-based role?
    We are looking for a Junior Apparel Account Coordinator to join an established London-based business specialising in bespoke clothing, uniforms and apparel.
    This is a junior role supporting the Account Management team with client orders, garments, samples, stock, suppliers and deliveries. You will help coordinate clothing projects from order through to delivery, making sure information is accurate and deadlines are met.
    We are looking for a Fashion or Textiles graduate with relevant work experience, or a college leaver with practical experience in clothing or fashion retail.
    Previous corporate-wear experience is not required, but you should have a genuine interest in apparel and some practical experience of working with clothing, stock, orders or product information.
    Key Responsibilities
    * Supporting Account Managers with clothing and apparel orders and client projects from order through to delivery
    * Communicating with clients by phone and email and keeping them updated on progress
    * Processing orders, updating internal systems and maintaining accurate product information
    * Checking garments, samples, stock and order details
    * Coordinating embroidery, tagging and other garment requirements
    * Liaising with suppliers and couriers and tracking deliveries
    * Updating spreadsheets, preparing reports and following up on outstanding orders
    * Helping to resolve order and delivery issues
    * Ensuring deadlines are met and providing general administration and coordination support
    Full training will be provided on the company's products, systems and processes.
    About You
    We are looking for a junior candidate who already has some connection to the fashion or apparel industry and is now looking to develop their career in a professional office-based role.
    The ideal candidate will have either:
    * A Fashion, Fashion Business, Textiles or related degree, together with relevant work experience such as clothing retail, an internship, placement or part-time role
    * Experience in clothing or fashion retail, particularly where the role involved stock control, stockroom management, orders, deliveries or customer service
    * Experience in a junior apparel, garment, fashion or product coordination role
    * Practical clothing or apparel experience as a college leaver, together with good organisational and administrative skills
    We are not looking for a general graduate with no connection to fashion or apparel. You should be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in clothing and some practical experience of working with garments, stock, orders, customers or product information.
    Previous corporate-wear or uniform experience is not required. Full training will be provided on our products, systems and processes.
    You will need to:
    * Have a genuine interest in fashion, clothing and apparel
    * Have some practical experience in fashion, clothing retail or an apparel-related environment
    * Be organised and have strong attention to detail
    * Be comfortable working with stock, orders and product information
    * Have good computer skills and be confident learning new systems
    * Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues
    * Be able to manage multiple tasks and follow deadlines
    * Be practical, reliable and willing to take responsibility
    * Be keen to build a career within the apparel and account coordination industry
    What We Offer
    * £27,000 salary + benefits
    * Full training and support
    * Career development and progression
    * Experience across apparel, client services and account management
    * Opportunity to work with well-known brands
    * Friendly and collaborative West London team
    * Some home working available after successful completion of training
