How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Graduate Apparel Account Coordinator to join an established London-based corporate wear design agency, working with clients across the corporate, hospitality, aviation, retail and events sectors.

This is a junior graduate position for a recent graduate who has already gained approximately 6–12 months of practical work experience.

Previous office experience is important. We are looking for someone who has already worked in an office environment or gained practical experience in administration, coordination or operations.

This experience could have been gained through an internship, placement, graduate role, junior administration position, events role or a retail position with genuine back-office responsibilities.

You do not need previous apparel industry experience. A degree in Fashion, Textiles, Apparel, Fashion Business or a related subject would be ideal, but we are also open to graduates from other disciplines who have the right practical experience and a genuine interest in the apparel industry.

Working closely with an experienced Account Manager, you will support the delivery of client projects from order through to production and delivery, gaining exposure to clients, suppliers, garments, production, orders and project coordination.

    * Supporting Account Managers with day-to-day client account activity

    * Assisting with client enquiries by email and telephone

    * Processing and coordinating client orders

    * Managing spreadsheets, reports and account information

    * Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records

    * Coordinating garment production, embroidery and customisation

    * Tracking orders, deliveries and shipment timelines

    * Monitoring project deadlines and critical paths

    * Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams

    * Coordinating samples, stock and product requirements

    * Following up on outstanding actions and deadlines

    * Providing general account, administrative and operational support

    What We're Looking ForEssential

    * Recent graduate with approximately 6–12 months of practical work experience

    * Experience working in an office environment or carrying out office-based administration, coordination or operational duties

    * Genuine interest in building a career within the apparel industry

    Desirable

    * Degree in Fashion, Textiles, Apparel, Fashion Business or a related subject

    * Fashion, textiles or apparel experience through a placement or internship

    * Events experience involving administration and coordination

    * Retail experience with back-office responsibilities, such as stock administration, order processing, reporting or coordinating deliveries

    * Previous experience working with products, suppliers or orders

Previous apparel industry experience is not essential.

The key requirement is that you have already had exposure to a professional working environment and developed practical administration, coordination or office skills.

This role would suit a recent graduate looking to take their first or second step into a commercial apparel environment.

    Benefits

    * £27,000 – £30,000
