How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Description

    We're seeking an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to lead and support a broad range of digital marketing activities across SEO, website content, paid campaigns and performance analytics.

    This role would suit someone who enjoys combining creativity with data, and who is motivated by improving digital performance through insight-led decision making.

    Key Responsibilities

    SEO & Website Performance

    Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to increase organic visibility
    Optimise on-page content and support SEO best practice across the website
    Keep digital content fresh, relevant and aligned with business objectives
    Create, edit and publish content through CMS platforms including WordPressDigital Campaigns

    Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
    Manage and optimise paid digital activity across PPC and paid social channels
    Assist with email marketing campaigns and audience engagement initiatives
    Collaborate with stakeholders to maximise campaign effectivenessAnalytics & Reporting

    Monitor campaign and website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
    Translate marketing data into actionable insights and recommendations
    Produce meaningful reports for internal stakeholders
    Drive continuous improvement through evidence-based decision makingCollaboration

    Work closely with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts across the business
    Support broader marketing and business development initiatives
    Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends and best practices

    Profile

    You'll bring:

    At least 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role
    Strong knowledge of SEO, content optimisation and digital marketing best practice
    Hands-on experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns
    Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress
    Strong analytical skills and confidence working with digital performance data
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    A highly organised approach with strong attention to detail
    Experience within a B2B or professional services environment would be advantageous but is not essential.Job Offer
