Smile Education is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Hyde area of Greater Manchester, seeking an enthusiastic and committed Primary Teacher to join their team.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality teaching, establish positive classroom routines and create a supportive environment where every child can thrive.

The Role
As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
Differentiating learning to meet the needs of individual pupils.
Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress.
Providing constructive feedback to support learning.
Managing classroom behaviour positively and consistently.
Maintaining high expectations for learning and behaviour.
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school staff.
Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues.
Supporting pupils with additional needs where appropriate.
Contributing to the wider life of the school.The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate teaching qualification.
A minimum of 6 months' recent UK classroom experience.
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Experience planning and delivering engaging lessons.
A nurturing, inclusive and child-centred approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to adapt teaching to meet different learning needs.
A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.

Requirements
QTS or relevant teaching qualification.
At least 6 months' recent UK classroom experience.
Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education.
Ability to provide a full two years of employment and/or education references.
At least one reference relating to working with children.
