Pay: £13.12 per hour until 20:00, increasing to £16.13 per hour after 20:00

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a well-established company in the Daventry area.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced FLT driver looking for stable, ongoing Monday-to-Friday work, with an enhanced rate for hours worked after 20:00.
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock throughout the warehouse, ensuring goods are stored correctly and warehouse operations run smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
* Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
* Moving stock around the warehouse
* Loading, unloading and positioning goods
* Putting stock away into the correct locations
* Supporting general warehouse duties when required
* Working closely with the warehouse team to maintain an efficient operation
* Following all site health & safety procedures and FLT operating guidelines
What We're Looking For
* Valid accredited Counterbalance FLT licence – essential
* Previous Counterbalance FLT experience
* Good understanding of warehouse operations
* Reliable and punctual
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Good awareness of health & safety
