The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 to achieve their full potential
Deliver targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy and phonics
Provide classroom support alongside the class teacher
Support pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD and speech and language needs
Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
What We're Looking For
A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working within a primary school setting
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A positive, proactive and adaptable approach
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
Experience supporting pupils with SEN is highly desirable

£14.50 - £16.50 per hour
