Key responsibilities include:
* Setting up moulds accurately to prepare for concrete production
* Pouring and levelling concrete to ensure high-quality finished products
* Using an abrasive wheel to clean re-usable cast-in components such as steel pins
* Cutting and drilling rubber pads that are fitted into the concrete
* Performing concrete repairs and general finishing duties with attention to detail
* Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards within the production area
* Working to strict health and safety guidelines at all times
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a construction or manufacturing environment is essential
* Confidence using hand tools and power equipment safely
* Strong understanding of workplace safety and quality standards
* Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance record
* Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
