This is an excellent opportunity for a Primary Teaching Assistant, KS1 Teaching Assistant, Classroom Assistant or Learning Support Assistant looking for work in Worcester.

📚 The Teaching Assistant Role

As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will:

✅ Support children within the classroom
✅ Work alongside the Class Teacher
✅ Deliver individual and small-group activities
✅ Support literacy and numeracy
✅ Help pupils who require additional support
✅ Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
✅ Help children develop confidence and independence

👩‍🏫 Who Can Apply?

Previous Teaching Assistant experience is desirable, but we also welcome applicants with relevant experience working with children.

This could include:

⭐ Nursery or childcare experience
⭐ Youth work
⭐ Children's care/support work
⭐ Sports coaching
⭐ Children's clubs
⭐ SEND support
⭐ Other child-focused organisations

You should be enthusiastic, reliable, patient and passionate about helping children succeed.
