We're looking for an experienced Night Nurse to join our team in Worcester, providing high-quality, person-centred care and supporting our residents to live their best lives.
About You
You will have:
A valid NMC Registration
Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development since registration
A genuine commitment to enabling residents to live their best lives
A willingness to continue learning and developing your skills
A full UK driving licenceYour Experience
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
A strong drive and commitment to providing high-quality care and exceeding expectations
Experience in Dementia and End of Life care
Experience using an electronic care planning system, preferably PCS
Experience developing and implementing person-centred care plans
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, resident-focused approachWhy Join Us?
