We are currently recruiting for Support Workers for our clients based in Coventry.
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our client’s dedicated care team.

Key responsability of a Support Worker:
* As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care that promotes dignity, respect, choice, and independence.
* You will build positive relationships with the people you support, enabling them to achieve their personal goals while ensuring their health, safety, and wellbeing are maintained at all times.
* Provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities, dementia, and/or complex needs in line with individual care and support plans.
* Assist individuals with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, continence care, and mobility support where required.
* Support service users with daily living activities, including meal preparation, shopping, budgeting, household tasks, and attending appointments.
* Encourage independence, confidence, and participation in community, educational, leisure, and social activities.
* Provide emotional support and reassurance to individuals living with dementia, learning disabilities, and complex physical or mental health needs.
* Administer or assist with medication safely in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Monitor and report any changes in individuals' health, wellbeing, or behaviour, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
* Maintain accurate care records, daily notes, incident reports, and other required documentation.
* Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, social workers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
* Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
* Comply with health and safety, infection prevention and control, moving and handling, and organisational policies and procedures.
* Respond appropriately to emergencies and behaviours of concern, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of those you support.
Essential Requirements for Support Worker:
* A genuine passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities, dementia, and/or complex needs.
* A caring, compassionate, patient, and respectful approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in a care or support role
* Enhanced DBS check -Mandatory Training Certifications
* Medication Administration Level 2
* NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or Health & Social Care; and Safeguarding Children Level 3
