The school offers a welcoming and positive environment where staff work together to give pupils the encouragement and support they need to enjoy their learning.
The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time, long-term basis with an immediate start. Working across Key Stage 1 / KS1, you will support the class teacher with day-to-day learning, work with pupils who may need some extra encouragement and help to create an engaging and settled classroom environment.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have:
• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
• A minimum of three months’ experience working in a UK school
• Experience supporting children within Key Stage 1 / KS1
• A good understanding of the Primary Curriculum
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A patient, caring and enthusiastic approach
