Interim Financial Reporting Manager

This growing and forward-thinking business is known for its collaborative culture and commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will take ownership of UK financial reporting activities, work closely with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in enhancing reporting processes and supporting strategic decision-making.

What will the Financial Reporting Manager role involve?

Leading the preparation and review of monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and supporting statutory audits
Providing insightful analysis of financial statements and liaising with key stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
Supporting the implementation of reporting processes and system improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and group reporting activities as required
Suitable Candidate for the Financial Reporting Manager vacancy:

Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
Proven experience in financial reporting, ideally within professional services or similar sectors
Strong technical accounting skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data
Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with senior stakeholders and managing relationships
