How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Make a Difference Through Data

We're working exclusively with a well-established UK charity that supports millions of people and their families every year. As part of an exciting period of growth and transformation, they are investing in their Data & Analytics function and are looking for a highly organised Data & Analytics Planning Coordinator to join the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to projects, coordinating multiple priorities, and working with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of data and analytics initiatives.

    The Role

Working closely with the Head of Data & Analytics and the wider team, you'll play a key role in coordinating projects, managing incoming requests, maintaining delivery plans, and ensuring stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.

You'll help create visibility across workloads, support planning activities, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate incoming requests into the Data & Analytics team.
    • Support project planning activities, including timelines, milestones and dependencies.
    • Maintain project plans, work schedules and tracking documentation.
    • Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders and project updates.
    • Coordinate meetings, workshops and planning sessions.
    • Produce and maintain project and business documentation.
    • Monitor workloads and identify scheduling or resource conflicts.
    • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership.

    About You

We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders.

    You'll ideally have:

    • Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams.
    • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
    • Exposure to data, reporting or analytics environments.

Any experience with project coordination methodologies, data platforms or analytics tools would be advantageous but is not essential.

    What's on Offer?

    • Flexible hybrid working.
    • Excellent work-life balance.
    • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
    • Additional wellbeing and volunteering days.
    • Generous pension contribution scheme.
    • Private wellbeing support services.
    • Enhanced family-friendly benefits.
    • Discounts and lifestyle benefits.
    • The opportunity to make a genuine impact within a purpose-driven organisation.

    Interested?

If you're looking for a role where your organisational skills can help deliver meaningful change and support a great cause, we'd love to speak with you.
