Warehouse Operative - Permanent - Portishead (BS20)

Location: Portishead (BS20)

Salary: £27,000 (£12.98 p/h) or £28,000 (£13.46 p/h)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Mon-Thu: 8:00am-5:30pmFri: 8:00am-2:30pm

Breaks: 1 hour Mon-Thu, 30 mins Fri

Parking: Free onsite parking + secure bike storage

We're recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a well‑established company in Portishead specialising in golf equipment, personalised products, embroidery, engraving and heat‑seal applications. This permanent Warehouse Operative role offers long‑term stability, full training and great variety across multiple departments.

What you'll be doing:

Picking, packing and preparing orders using handheld scanners
Supporting embroidery, engraving, heat‑seal and print departments
Decanting, loading, unloading and general warehouse duties
Repetitive tasks with good attention to detail
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
Working as part of a small, friendly team
Cross‑training across multiple Warehouse Operative functionsHours:

Mon-Thu: 8:00am-5:30pm (1‑hour break)
Fri: 8:00am-2:30pm (30‑minute break)
40 hours per weekPay:

£27,000 (£12.98 p/h)
£28,000 (£13.46 p/h) depending on experienceWhat we're looking for:

Previous Warehouse Operative or production experience preferred
Comfortable with medium lifting and manual handling
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
Reliable, punctual and proactive
