Hours: Full time
Salary: £45,000 per annum plus 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, bonus, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits including cycle to work scheme
About the Role:
As Project Manager you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of construction projects from initial concept through to successful client handover. Acting as the central liaison between cross-functional internal teams, external contractors, and supply chain partners, you will ensure the coordination of all site deliveries. Ultimately, your role is to drive project success and commercial viability, mitigating operational risks, and managing strict budgets to guarantee all projects are consistently delivered on time, and to the highest quality specifications.
As part of your key responsibilities, you'll:
Oversee the full lifecycle of supply projects
Interpret and apply construction contract terms to ensure all supply milestones meet client specifications, functional requirements, and business performance metrics
Utilise strong communication skills to coordinate with internal manufacturing departments and external suppliers
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure materials are sourced cost-effectively and delivered on schedule
Proactively identify project risks, manage budgets, and ensure commercial issues associated with product delivery are effectively managed with suppliers and customers to protect company margins
Keep senior management and clients up to date on project status
Develop internal processes to streamline supply chain efficiency and support business growth
