As an Operations Supervisor, your role and remit will be to supervise and support operatives in the delivery of day-to-day site and yard activities, plan and allocate work to ensure safe practices, efficient operations and adherence to quality, cost and delivery commitments.
Role Details:
•Annual salary up to £41,000 dependent on skills and experience Potential annual-on-target bonus of up to 5% subject to business performance
•Role based: Bordon, GU35 0JB
•Contract type: Permanent
•Annual leave of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and opportunity to buy an additional 5 days each year.
In this role as an Operations Supervisor, you will be required to:
•Plan and allocate day-to-day work to operatives ensuring safe practices, efficient operations and cost-effective use of resources.
•Ensure compliance with company safety, environmental and quality standards, including adherence to refurbishment times and guides.
•Promote health, safety and environmental standards, engaging operatives in safe working practices and company initiatives.
•Supervise operatives on site and in the yard, providing guidance and support to maintain high standards of performance.
•Escalate operational challenges or resource issues to the relevant stakeholders, providing clear information to aid resolution.
•Seek approval for changes to standard operating procedures and ensure instructions are followed consistently.
•Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and supporting the adoption of best practice.

•Strong experience in a supervisor role
•Solid experience of working in a site or yard environment, with an understanding of safe and efficient operational practices.
•Ability to plan and allocate work, clearly communicating tasks and expectations to operatives.
•Skilled in identifying day-to-day operational challenges and applying practical problem-solving.
•Confident in seeking guidance and escalating issues appropriately for approval or resolution.
•Good communication skills, able to build effective working relationships with colleagues.
