Onsite Coordinator

RE Recruitment is looking for a motivated and organised Onsite Coordinator to join our team in the Norfolk area on a full time, temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can confidently manage both administrative and operational tasks.
 
Responsibilities
·Coordinating daily on-site operations and workforce activities
·Maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring high service standards
·Handling administrative duties accurately and efficiently
·Managing reports, spreadsheets, and data using Microsoft Excel
·Supporting recruitment and workforce planning where required
·Communicating effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams
·Working under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Skills
·Romanian speaking is essential
·Previous experience in a coordination, administration, or customer-facing role preferred
·Strong organisational and multitasking skills
·Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
·Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
·Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
·Team player with a proactive attitude
·Flexible and reliable approach to work, with some earlier morning and evening work requirements
·Driving licence is preferred, as the location is not accessible via public transport
