Are you an experienced Welder/Fabricator looking for a fresh challenge with a better work-life balance?
We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our clients busy engineering workshop on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a close-knit team, carrying out a mix of batch production welding and bespoke one-off fabrication projects.

30-minute lunch break
Two paid 10-minute breaks (morning and afternoon)Key Responsibilities
MIG and TIG welding
Fabrication of components and assemblies
Batch welding work
Bespoke, one-off fabrication projects
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Ensuring high standards of workmanship and quality controlEssential Requirements
Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding
Previous fabrication experience
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Strong attention to detail
Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance
Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual work
Full driving licence and access to your own transport (essential for candidates living outside Pershore)Desirable Skills
Experience welding mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
