PCB Technician

NOW RECRUITING – PCB MANUFACTURING OPERATORS

We’re looking for reliable and motivated people to join our growing PCB manufacturing team across a number of exciting production roles.

🔹 SOLDER MASK OPERATOR – NEW ROLEWe’re expanding our team and looking for additional support within our Soldermask department.

This is a varied role involving several stages of the PCB manufacturing process, including:

Coating panels with solder resist ink using a brand-new semi-automated coating machine
Developing and inspecting panels after exposure using brand-new equipment
Adding legend print to panels following inspection using a semi-automated inkjet machine
Working across different stages of the process
Ensuring panels meet the required quality standards🕐 Shift Pattern: Days / Middle Shift
You will also be required to cover early or late shifts when needed, particularly during holiday periods.

🔹 BONDING / LAY-UP OPERATORWe are also recruiting Bonding / Lay-Up Operators to join our production team.
The role involves:

Laying up boards and building jobs through each stage of production
Preparing and assembling materials for the bonding process
Working through potentially up to 5 bonding stages
Bonding different materials together to build the PCB
Following production processes and quality requirements
Helping to develop and build processes at each stage🕐 Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts

🔹 BONDING OPERATOR – NIGHT SHIFTWe’re looking for Bonding Operators to work on our dedicated night shift.

Responsibilities include:

Laying up panels and preparing jobs for the next stage of production
Building and bonding jobs as part of the PCB manufacturing process
Working with a variety of materials to lay up and bond each job
Following production procedures and quality requirements
Ensuring work is prepared accurately for the next stage🌙 Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 9:00pm–6:00am

Able to follow detailed processes and instructions
Quality-focused with good attention to detail
Happy working as part of a team
Flexible around shift requirementsAt least 12 months of PCB or manufacturing experience is essential, but training will be provided where required.
